Who we are
This website is run by Petronix Technology LLC. In this notice, "we" means Petronix Technology LLC.

What this website collects
The site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. The fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact a font provider.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. These can include your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request.
The project brief
When you send the brief on the contact page, your answers are stored securely on our web server and emailed to us through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, so we can reply. We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, and we do not sell or share them for marketing. If you choose to also send your brief on WhatsApp, that message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How we use what you send us
We use the details in your message to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work. We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our dealings with you. You can ask us to delete your messages and details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. To do that, message us on WhatsApp or email peter@petronixtechnology.com.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
